Cooked Perfect® Fire Grilled Boneless Thighs are fully cooked. Please follow directions below for heating. All times are from a frozen state; reduce time if thawed. Times may vary.
Conventional Oven or Toaster Oven:
Preheat conventional oven to 375° F. Coat a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place boneless thighs on coated baking sheet in a single layer and bake uncovered for 20 – 25 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. When preparing our boneless thighs using a toaster oven, preheat toaster oven to 350° F. Coat baking tray with non-stick cooking spray. Place 2 boneless thighs on coated tray and bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Turn thighs over and bake for an additional 5 – 10 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Microwave Oven (1000 watts):
Place 1 boneless thigh on a microwave safe dish. Microwave on HIGH for 2 – 2 ½ minutes. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. For 2 boneless thighs, adjust cook time to 3 – 4 minutes.
