  • 1can (12 oz) Condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2cups Water
  • 1cup Long grain rice
  • 3/4cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2tbsp Scallions, sliced
Instructions
  1. Heat Fire Grilled Chicken Chunks according to package directions.
  2. While chicken is heating: In a 12” skillet, combine soup, water and rice and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove cover, top with Cheddar cheese, chicken chunks and scallions. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
