  • 4each Sub Rolls
  • 15ounces (oz) Tomato sauce
  • 6ounces (oz) Tomato paste
  • 1each Small onion, chopped
  • 1/2cup Green pepper, chopped
  • 3/4cup Water
  • 1clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/2teaspoon (tsp) Oregano
  • 1/2teaspoon (tsp) Basil
  • 1/2teaspoon (tsp) Parsley
  • 1teaspoon (tsp) Salt
  • 1/2teaspoon (tsp) Black pepper
  • 1/2teaspoon (tsp) Sugar
  • Provolone cheese slices
Instructions
  1. Bake meatballs according to package instructions and keep warm.
  2. Combine all sauce ingredients in a pan until warm and thoroughly combined.
  3. Add meatballs to sauce, stir to combine.
  4. Add meatballs to sub rolls and top with provolone cheese.
  5. Broil sandwiches until cheese melts.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
