  • 112 ounce package Korean BBQ Meatballs
Other Ingredients
  • 4 Hoagie rolls, split
  • 4tablespoons (tbsp) Mayonnaise
  • 1jar Pickled vegetable salad, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1cup Fresh cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
Instructions
  1. Toast rolls in toaster oven or under broiler until browned.
  2. Remove rolls and spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to each toasted roll.
  3. Place 1/4 cup of pickled vegetables on each roll and sprinkle cilantro leaves across the vegetables.
  4. Heat meatballs in microwave as directed and place four meatballs on each hoagie roll.
  5. Drizzle any remaining sauce from the pouch over each sandwich.
