  • 1package (12 oz) Korean Style BBQ Recipe Glazed Beef & Pork Meatballs
Other Ingredients
  • 6ounces Rice noodles (Blue Dragon brand)
  • 4teaspoons (tsp) Soy sauce
  • 4teaspoons (tsp) Sesame oil, divided
  • 2teaspoons (tsp) Rice wine vinegar
  • 1teaspoon (tsp) Lime juice
  • 2cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2teaspoons (tsp) Brown sugar
  • 1teaspoon (tsp) Ginger, minced
  • 2 1/2cups Snap peas, trimmed
  • 2tablespoons (tbsp) Sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2tablespoons (tbsp) Chopped fresh cilantro
  1. Prepare meatballs according to the package instructions.
  2. Prepare noodles according to the package instructions; drain. Stir together soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, vinegar, lime juice, garlic, brown sugar and ginger. Set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, heat remaining sesame oil in large skillet set over medium-high heat; cook snap peas, stirring for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add noodles, soy sauce mixture and sesame seeds; toss to coat.
  4. Serve meatballs on bed of noodles. Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
