Meatball Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1each 10-oz. jar beef gravy
  • 36each Large white button mushrooms
  • 1cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Blanch the mushrooms in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain, then set aside.
  3. Slice the meatballs in half.
  4. Simmer the meatballs and brown gravy in a 10” skillet for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove stems from mushrooms and place on a cookie sheet.
  6. Place 1 meatball in each mushroom cap, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 8 minutes.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
