Marsala wine

Vegetable broth

White mushrooms
sliced

Pearl onions

Red pepper
cut into strips

All purpose flour
Salt, pepper, parsley to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add mushrooms and cook until brown.
Add pearl onions and red peppers. Cook until onions become speckled brown and translucent.
Add flour, stir, and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Add frozen
Cooked Perfect
™
Plant Based Meatless Meatballs, marsala wine, and broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer until sauce is thickened. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve over egg noodles, garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
