Cheesy Buffalo Ranch Chicken & Rice Skillet Bake

- 1/2 package (22 oz) Buffalo Ranch Chunks
- 1 can (12 oz) Condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 1 cup Long grain rice
- 3/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp Scallions, sliced
- Heat Fire Grilled Chicken Chunks according to package directions.
- While chicken is heating: In a 12” skillet, combine soup, water and rice and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Remove cover, top with Cheddar cheese, chicken chunks and scallions. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
