Lemon Fettuccine with Plant Based Veggie Grain Meatballs
Our Cooked Perfect® Products
- 1 bag Cooked Perfect ¾ oz. Plant Based Veggie Grain Meatballs 11.25 oz bag
- 1 lb Fettuccine noodles cooked
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice
- 1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 2 cups fresh arugula
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat Cooked Perfect™ Plant Based Veggie Grain Meatballs according to package directions.
- In a small bowl whisk together lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a serving bowl, toss together warm fettuccine, lemon oil mixture, arugula, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
- Arrange meatballs on top of pasta and serve.
This recipe can be made with any variety of Cooked Perfect™ meatballs.
